Shipping Policy

All orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

United Kingdom. Standard: Royal Mail Tracked, estimated 2–3 business days from dispatch. Next Day Delivery: order before 3pm Monday–Friday and your order will be delivered the next working day. Orders placed after 3pm, or on weekends and bank holidays, are dispatched the next working day. Next-day delivery applies to working days only (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).

International. We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery is 5–14 business days from dispatch depending on destination. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and handling fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

Incorrect addresses. Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We cannot redirect orders once dispatched, and we are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly supplied address.

Delayed or lost parcels. If anything looks off with your delivery, contact us at hello@thisisbrya.com any time and we'll help. If tracking shows no movement for 3 business days (UK) or 10 business days (international), we'll chase it with the carrier, and if a parcel is confirmed lost we'll send a replacement or refund you in full.
