Returns and exchanges
Thirty days. Free return postage. No questions about why.
The policy
- 30 days from the day your order is delivered to start a return.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with hangtags attached.
- Return postage is free within the UK. We send you a prepaid label.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method.
- Trying a set on at home is fine and expected. Training in it is not.
How to return something
- Go to our Returns page and enter your order number and email address.
- Choose the items and tell us why. That answer shapes the next production run.
- Print the prepaid label and drop the parcel at any [Royal Mail post box or Post Office].
- We'll email you when it reaches us.
No printer? Choose the [QR code] option and the drop-off point prints it for you.
Refunds
Processed within two working days of your return arriving. Your bank takes another three to five to show it. Klarna and PayPal work to their own timings.
Returning part of a set
Sets are priced below the cost of the two pieces separately. If you keep one piece and return the other, we refund the difference between what you paid and the individual price of the piece you kept.
For example, buy the Genesis Set at £88 and return the shorts, keeping the £44 tee, and your refund is £44.
Exchanges
The fastest way to change size or colour is to return for a refund and place a new order. On a limited drop that also means you secure the size before it goes.
Faulty items
Email hello@thisisbrya.com with your order number and a photo. We'll replace or refund and cover postage both ways. This applies well beyond 30 days.
Your legal rights
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have a statutory right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it, and a further 14 days to return it. Our 30-day policy sits on top of that. Nothing here affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
